Is birthday celebration bad?

A birthday is actually a shortened form of anniversary of date of birth. In one sense, a year is only a cycle of the earth around the sun.

Certain birthdays as in reaching certain ages are very significant in our society. 18 years old and 21 years old are examples. Certainly, to celebrate reaching a "tier" age is great.

A birthday is not immoral. It is simply an anniversary from the time of birth, and dancing and singing at any time are generally good things, since anything that makes a person happy without hurting someone or something is about the best there is.

Pagan is idol worship, and has nothing to do with birthdays. I think if anyone wants to celebrate any event that is not considered immoral by society, it is a great thing to do, so if you want to celebrate a birthday, great. Maybe your mom can't afford a present, so if a wish for many more birthdays in the future is enough, tell her that. If she still thinks birthdays are pagan, wait until you are old enough to be on your own, as we don't choose parents. We can only choose our friends.
