Anyone use gummi worms or swedish fish as a substitute for plastics baits?

Anyone use gummi worms or swedish fish as a substitute for plastics baits?

To be completly honest, I once had a customer who tried it on a Bay fishing party boat, and it worked!

Some kid was fishing with their parents and begged the entire trip to use a gummi worm as bait. Finally towards the end of the trip, the Dad finally said he would to keep his son happy, but no one thought he would catch anything.

It wasn't long before he pulled up a nice sized gafftop on that gummie worm.

The next day I had some customer with kids again who had gummie worms, and I told them about what had happened with the guy catching a fish on the gummie worm, One of the kids put one on and sometime took his worm. Probably a crab got it, but still a few things liked them.

I wouldn't do it seriously though, it was more of a joke thing that just worked out well.

Why some days i keep getting hungry? (my period just ended)?

Why some days i keep getting hungry? (my period just ended)?

You need to eat satisfying foods. Right now the foods you are in-taking are loaded with sugar and/or salt. Salt in high amounts like the amounts in fast food fries and onion rings are designed with the goal in mind to keep you UNsatisfied with what you are eating, so that you will end up buying more from the store. Also your other "meal" which consisted of gummy worms was not healthy either.

If you want satisfying meals you need to intake more nuts, carbohydrates, and more healthy fats. For a snack, try yogurt and granola. Also anything you see in the produce section that is green, is very good for you, and you could consume mass quantities without gaining a pound.

I am also on my way to becoming thin, though far behind you. This is what I am doing, and it did work well in the past (until I stopped due to no support).

First, I am doing what is called a "reverse diet". You eat your largest meal of the day in the morning, and then you have all day to use the calories you took in. I ate mine at 5:15 am. Today I had a vegetable stir fry - green peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, and egg noodles to compliment.

Around 9 am you get hungry again. At this point it's time for a healthy snack. granola and yogurt, or nuts and cottage cheese will do the trick here. Cottage cheese is fat free.

Next around noon, you get hungry again. For me, I am opting for a vegetarian burger that I cook on the barbeque, with lettuce, tomato and cheese. A little mayo and barbeque sauce never hurt anyone, in quantities no bigger than a tablespoon. Put it on quality bread. I chose Ancient Grains this week.

About 3 pm you get hungry again. Time for a light snack. I opt for vegetables and dip. 1 serving of 3 different types of vegetables. I'm going with carrots, celery and cucumber. 2 of those are negative calorie veggies. It takes more calories to digest them than they give you.

5-6 pm take in your last meal of the day. I opt for cereal. My favourite is raisin bran.

Always take at least 1 cup of water with your meal. Water will automatically help you to consume less.

It is better to eat the smaller portions and healthier. Choose from cookbooks, what to make and then cook it yourself. The restaurants will not give you the quality your body needs to function optimally. You don't want to eat something that will cause you to feel full for a long time in order not to eat. The fact is that you NEED to eat, in order to get rid of the fat. You need to eat properly. One of these vegetarians that answered my questions said that getting thin is 80% diet and 20% exercise which means that eating 3 cheeseburgers and running on a treadmill for 3 hours won't cut it. You need to eat WELL. When you skip a meal, or when you don't give your body a schedule to follow, it will store what you take in as fat, because you are not letting it know when the next food is going to come. But if you eat and drink consistantly, then you will get rid of the undesireable weight. Water retention too, is part of the problem. If you take in less than 6-8 cups of water per day, your body will store water because it does not know when the next water will come.

Do some research, and use Canada's food guide as a template for your day's meals. It was designed to show people what a healthy person's diet consists of.
