What animal would you associate with May?

They say April showers bring May flowers. That always makes me think of bees..

Late March-April is the beginning of spring but May is usually when things start to get warm here and most plants that were just waiting for a bit more warmth start to pop out and the plants that have already come out grow much bigger. Of course its up to pollinators to propagate all of these plants and the most famous ones are bees. That's just from the way i think though.

May is actually considered National Duckling Month. It is also the International Respect for Chickens Month and International Respect for Chickens Day is on the 4th of May. Since Respect for Chickens Month is an International thing and Duckling Month is only National, May could probably be considered the Month of Chickens more.
