Good Mario, Crash, or anything like that DS games.?

okay i'm completely OBSESSED with the mario games so i know this. honestly, the older games are much better. but for new ones, here goes:

Wii:

Super Mario Galaxy: It's a lot of fun but at the same time very easy, because the entire path is pretty much laid out for you depending on the star. Definitely doesn't compare to Super Mario 64, but the graphics are AMAZING!!!

Super Paper Mario: Okay, ther first time i played this, i completely stopped because i thought the game was really crappy. (Compared to the two prior paper mario games, it is crap). But i started a new file a few days ago and gave it a try again and beat the game. It was OKAY but not that special, and as with Super Mario Galaxy, was pretty easy. Plus it's kinda boring because it's divided into chapters and sections so it isn't exactly a "full RPG" as the first two were.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl: Not exactly a Mario game, but it has Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Bowser, and Peach in it. Honestly it was fun the first time around, but once you beat the Subspace Emissiary it's really not much more fun. I got bored of it really fast. I still think Melee was better (that game had better fighting locations).

Nintendo DS:

Super Mario 64 DS: Basically Super Mario 64, but with the edition of Yoshi (playable), Wario, and Luigi. Because there are more characters, extra stars have been added (150 stars total, and for instance to get to Bowser the final time you need 80 stars instead of 70). There are more MIPS as well for each character and white ones that any character can collect. Each character has special abilities btw.

Mario Kart DS: Mario Kart for DS. It's okay. I don't know about you, but my favorite Maro Kart game will always be Mario Kart 64. It was a lot more fun and allowed for more strategy. It has 16 new courses and 16 retro courses and unlockable characters, karts, and missions. But if you're playing (especially during grand prix), be aware of the Luigi's Mansion glitch (while on the steps if you press A and B together and a direction button,i think just left or right, the game freezes).

Mario vs. DK 2: March of the Minis: It's more of a puzzle game and i usually hate puzzles, but if you're intelligent and strategic, this game should be a piece of cake!!! you can also create your own courses as well.

New Super Mario Bros.: For some reason, I don't see any real connection to this and the original. I know it's supposed to be remodeled, but it's pretty easy and i don't give a crap about graphics or items (to make the mission easier) if it's not as fun. Like i said, very easy, but i barely play it.

Mario Party DS and Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time: Unfortunately, i don't have either of these(i've been grounded lol). My sister has Mario Party DS and loves it and i know the storyline to MnL:PIT and it seems really good!!! Plus, Superstar Saga was pretty funny as well (but extremely annoying!!!)

A few other good ones are:

Yoshi's Island DS (I just enjoy the Yoshi games, except when you drop the baby and they start crying) it's fun though

Super Princess Peach...I guess this is more for girls but it's still fun. but since it was aimed for a female audience, it's pretty easy (and some of us consider it sexist what with all the mood swings lol)

Don't get:

Mario Party 8-Trust me on this. After N64, the Mario Party games have been pretty bad (i mean as a whole). from 4-7 the mini games were still pretty good, but 1-3 also had good boards. the boards now are less creative and shorter. pretty boring if you ask me. and this is no exception w/ Mario Party 8. I played once and haven't played since, although that once was for a while. complete waste of money!!!

Like i said before, Super Paper Mario is pending. You may not like it at first, like myself, then think it's "okay" like i did. Honestly, the story is more interesting than the actual play, wheres the former Paper Mario games i think had amazing gameplay and storylines, so that one may be a complete waste of money or may not be.

Games I'm not sure about:

Mario Strikers Charged-Haven't gotten it yet. I don't like soccer to begin with, but i have Super Mario Strikers. I found it very boring and easy.

Oh and btw look out for Super Mario Sluggers!!! It comes out in the US next month!!!
