Mold Awareness Month on September, 2019: What do you do if you've breathed in mouldmoss & now have a cough, chest problems, etc?
September, 2019 is Mold Awareness Month 2019. National Indoor Toxic Mold Awareness Month in September ... Toxic Mold Awareness Month
I'm not a medical professional, Zebra, but my little boy has bad asthma and mould is one of the triggers. I've spent the past 13 months on high alert with him and have had a crash course in asthma and allergy awareness, unfortunately.
First of all, I would really go and get this checked out at the doctor. Are you usually an asthma sufferer? Even if you aren't, I'd really advise you to get your chest checked to see whether or not you're wheezing. If you are then they can give you medication that can widen the passageways in your lungs and help get the yuck out, and for you to breathe more easily. Also, they might suggest you get a chest x-ray to check everything is OK.
It sounds as though you've had an allergic reaction to this and that the antihistamines you've taken haven't worked. The doctor will be able to assess this and give you stronger ones, if needed.
Please go and get this checked out because if something is stuck in your chest, then it could get worse and give you an infection, and if it has triggered asthma then that is unpredictable and can get rapidly worse. All the best and take care!!
UK only: Am I eligible for a speed awareness course if I am caught speeding 3 times in 3 days?
To be elligable for a course you have to be with10% of the speed limit so none of yours fall into that category the 35 one maybe but its doubtful.
If you got the chance take it be attentive at the class and thank them for your opportunity.
However no chance is really my answer.
