If they made it compulsory and once a year then it would be tolerable.

I worked with an old bloke and every morning it was either too hot or too cold first thing when he arrived at work, and in the evening when we left together as I locked up, it would be the same again when we were outside.

I could have accepted him if it had been once a year LoL
