Will this years NBA All-Star game be ruined?
The NBA all-star game in regards to fan voting is just a popularity contest. Every year there is 1 or 2 guys who truly don't deserve to be there, but they are voted in just because they've had great years in the past, while you have players who are breaking out and they get looked over.
The only true validity in the all-star selections is when the coaches select the rest of the roster to round out the benches.
Every year there are guys who deserve to be there but they simply don't get voted in or there just aren't enough roster spots.
How can I get NBA 2k13 All-Star game PS3?
All-Star weekend was only available to people who pre-ordered NBA 2K13 prior to its release in the Fall. Since that time has obviously passed, you cannot play All-Star Weekend, right now. Well, not Slam Dunk and 3 Point contest at least. You still have the ability to play the Rookie-Sophomore game and the All-Star game.
For what its worth, I'm told that ASW completely sucks and you are not missing much at all. However, its not something that 2K Sports is likely to just cut out entirely for people like you, so expect it to be available for purchase in the PSN Store around the time of All-Star Weekend 2013 this year, which is in mid-February.
