No Smoking Day is an annual health awareness campaign that helps smokers that want to stop. The first No Smoking Day was on Ash Wednesday in 1984 and it now takes place on the second Wednesday in March. The campaign is now in its 24th year and is a firm fixture in the UK calendar because of its continuing success. On No Smoking Day 2006 1.5 million smokers made a quit attempt and millions more used the Day to take a step towards stopping smoking.
The campaign is run by a charity of the same name, which is based in London and has four full-time staff. The charity is funded by a coalition of governmental and voluntary sector organisations with an interest in health.
The No Smoking Day charity has a very clear vision and mission:
To reduce tobacco related illness and death
To support smokers who want to stop through providing an opportunity to do so, and highlighting the effective help that is available

smoking pot every day can have Major health issues attached to it,the main one being paranoia and cannabis psychosis ive known people having one spliff and having psychotic episodes,there are many good things about smoking cannabis its a great pain killer,it makes you love everyone,its stops you getting stressed,but it also makes your life a living dream or nightmare,it can cause impodence in men,also incontinence its still illegal in most ccountry'sand most employers do on the spot drug tests these days,the money from dealers goes towards child prostitution and human slavery,most people including myself have used cannabis when younger but now im an adult,are you addicted probably,i know its the effects that are addictive and not the drug,do you want to live your life in a dream,this iisn'tthe 60s,wise up,there are organisations out there who will help you,im addicted to prescription painkiller Tramadol and attend an AA type group,ive lived the past 20 years in a haze,where will you be when yyou're30? in a mental hospital,probably or in prison or another homeless drug user,its your life take control for once,its all up to you,good luck.
How much do you smoke a day?
I smoke around 20-25 Smokes per day... Sometimes when I'm drinking it can be 30-40 :)
