Crimson Day is really a celebration targeted at raising worldwide understanding of epilepsy, a disorder that affects over sixty five million people globally. Cassidy Megan, a nine-year-old from Canada, founded Purple Day in 2008. Cassidy’s efforts were based on the Epilepsy Association of Quebec (EANS). Lavender may be the worldwide colour for epilepsy and it is a color that symbolises solitude. This brought to crimson to be the colour of preference with this celebration.Anybody thinking about supporting Purple Day may become an ‘Ambassador of Purple’. This role involves putting on crimson and distributing understanding of epilepsy in your neighborhood and also to buddies and family. Alternatively, dress yourself in crimson and hold a crimson-designed fund-raising event in help of either EANS, The Anita Kaufman Foundation or other charitable organisation supporting epilepsy awareness. Most significantly, take time to improve your own awareness concerning the results of epilepsy on people’s lives.

Why is my little toenail still purple 3 days after injury?
its purple because there is blood under the nail, yes a bruise. It is probably going to fall off, and the dr wont do anything, even if you broke the toe, dr's dont do anything to it. just wait and it will probably fall off, or if it keeps growing the purple will just grow out with your nail and just clip it as your normally would. Nothing you can really do to help it.
