CAN I FREEZE THESE RAVIOLIS 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE?
You should have no problem freezing the raviolis. Lay them flat on a parchemnt paper lined baking tray in a single layer and freeze. Then when they are hard slide theminto a baggie and drop in boiling water when ready to cook.
As far as the shepards pie. Take it out of the freezer and into the fridge about 2 days before you want to cook so it can thaw. Then slide it into the oven and bake until hot and bubbly.
