>> Feast Days of God...

Well, I am a Seventh-day Adventist (SDA), but I also keep all of the Feast Days of God -- rather than the Beast's Days. In fact, I just returned from sabbatical of keeping the Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread. But I can tell you that most SDA's skip God's Feast Days according to tradition -- as handed down from the Catholic Church -- though SDA's are not generally aware this is just a Catholic tradition. Of course, this is exactly the same reason Protestants honor the Catholic Sunday. Neither position is factually based upon the Word of God.

Protestants try to justify their keeping of Sunday based upon twisting certain texts in the Bible. Not keeping God's Feast days is also a self-justified position based upon twisting certain texts in the Bible. The most glaring, of these, is the following:

Col. 2:13-17: "And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; (14) blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; (15) having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it. (16) Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of a holy day, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath: (17) which are a shadow of things to come; but the body of Christ."

The mistranslation of the first three verses lends itself to suggesting that everything "written in a book" was nailed to the cross. But that does away with the entire first five books of the Bible -- for this is the Book of the Law which was placed in the side of the Ark (Deut. 31:26). Such a misunderstanding would also do away with the prohibition on homosexuality, bestiality, incest, and rape. No, the correct understanding of these three verses is that the record of our sins is what was nailed to the cross.

What helps the confusion, over the next two verses, is that this is a grammatically- complex passage. If one grammatically clears away the complexity, the following results as the main thought of this passage:

Col. 2:16-17: "Let no man therefore judge you ... but the body of Christ."

From this, one can see that the thought is not to do away with the holy days, but to tell you that no man can judge you as to which holy days you chose to keep. Only God can do that -- based upon His Law. Now that the basic premise is clear, let's address the meaning of the grammatic portions which I omitted:

Col. 2:16-17: "Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of a holy day, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath: (17) which are a shadow of things to come..."

The first thing that one absolutely must not ignore is those last four words shown above, "...of things to come..." What does that tell you? The things listed in verse 16 are shadows of something which has not yet come! What did Jesus say?

Mat. 5:17-18: "Think not that I am come to destroy the law [of Moses],3551 or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. (18) For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law [of Moses],3551 till all be fulfilled."

Thus, since they are shadows of things yet to come, then that also means they are not yet all fulfilled and are thus, also, all still binding! So, instead of these verses telling us that the Law of Moses was nailed to the cross, they are instead telling us that the entire Law of Moses is still binding and it was only the record of our sins which was nailed to His cross. Note that I included two bracketed phrases to make it clear, from the meaning of Strong's G3551, just what law is being talked about

God bless.

Will one hit of pot show up on lab-type drug test in 6 days?

Will one hit of pot show up on lab-type drug test in 6 days?

good day...i have extensive knowledge on this...and can tell you that so far, every answer to your question so far was incorrect.

In this case Niacin will NOT work...in fact it might make it worse.

As for will you be okay....that is nearly impossible to say, because it really depends on how much Body fat you have, and, how much 1 hit really was. I will give you a time table:

Biased on someone that is 25% bodyfat, with an average metabolism:

1 Joint Hit: 3 to 4 days

1 Bong hit (Filtered through water): 9 to 11 days

1 Blunt Hit: 5 to 7 days

1 pipe hit (Dry/No filter): 4 to 5 days

If i were you, yes i would be very concerned. The reason i say this is simply because you are NOT getting a basic drug test. You are getting a Comprehensive Lab test, meaning they will probably be testing your urine using a gas chromatography - mass spectroscopy (GC-MS) methodology. Meaning, if you do nothing to speed up the excretion of THC, the WILL find it.

So, if you do the following, EXACTLY, nothing else added, you have a very good chance of passing.
