Friday, May 24, 2024 is Tiara Day 2024. International Tiara Day Tiara Day, May 24.

Tiara Day is really as much about women honoring being empowered, intelligent leaders in charge that belongs to them lives because it is about putting on tiaras. Still, you are able to embrace both approaches and celebrate having a physical and/or metaphoric tiara!

A tiara is extremely tacky and looks try-hard. Are you trying to look like a queen or princess? Only if you want to be childish, or show you don't hold any style should you wear one. It will only detract from your image.

Sure some people wear them, and if it suits your style and image, and intended effect go for it, but if you want to wear something sparkley, or crystals, opt in for a diamonte headband, or clip. That would look much better than a tiara.

I would save a tiara for a costume, dress-up party.

Try this: be as pretty as you can, and you will look like a princess because of how you look, not an gimick only for attention-seeking with a tiara.

The hair style is gorgeous as it is. It doesn't need to be spoilt by a tiara. I don't think a graduation is a good place to wear a tiara either.

In the end, do what you think is right. This is my own personal opinon, and everyone has a right to their individual style.

Are tiara's tacks on your wedding day?

I think they are.

I mean, we all want to be special on our wedding day...but tiaras need reserved for princesses (REAL Princesses) and beauty queens...not brides. Wearing a tiara on your wedding day is one of the "Top 20 things NOT to do at a Wedding"

It goes back to the whole "bridezilla" attitude, where the whole day is about paying attention to the bride, no matter what...a tiara is a really tacky "look at me, aren't I a princess?" addition. They really look rediculous in most cases.

A simple, tasteful veil on a comb, or other simple headpiece are fine.
