Are you eating more nutritious food? Because the more you go the better it is for you. The least you should have is 1 a day. I have 3. Though you need to eat more than once or twice a day. As long as it's not runny then it's healthy and fine.

i can see the sense in Nostradamus' prediction of 2012 being a year of absolute change for mankind & for the better of mankind.

how many time's do you eat a day?

Depends on if I'm hungry or not. Sometimes it's five times a day or more, sometimes it is a single large meal, or a single smaller meal if I at a lot during the days before and still haven't gotten hungry again. Also depends on if I'll have to physically work or not - I tend to eat more then, but not as often.
