Whole grains are great for you! Whole grain bread is much better for you then white bread. The process for making whole grain bread into white bread is disturbing. First, they strip out all the vitamins and nutrients. Then, they bleach the bread. YUCK! I mean, have you seen bleached hair? It's not exactly the same thing, but you get the idea. Nasty...I haven't eaten white bread since I found this out, which was months ago.
