How to make a Valentine’s Day Margarita?

How to make a Valentine's Day Margarita?

This is super easy:

I use Jose Cuervo Strawberry Margarita Mix

*1 part Jose Cuervo Tequila

*3 parts of the mix

*1/2 cup or more crushed ice

whip in a blender and serve in a flavored salt rimmed glass with a strawberry.

This one is easy too:

* 6 fluid ounces tequila

* 2 fluid ounces triple sec

* 8 ounces frozen strawberries

* 4 fluid ounces frozen limeade concentrate

* 6 cups ice

Place ice in a blender and crush for 15 to 20 seconds. Add frozen strawberries, tequila, triple sec, and limeade. Blend until smooth. Serve in flavored salt rimmed glasses with a strawberry.

Here is a little Margarita 101 for you. :)

First, a Margarita is better when made as a Woborita. (This is a lot more expensive but oh sooo good and well worth it)

Here are four ways to make them.

The Waborita

Waborita 1:

1 ounce fresh lime juice

1 ounce Cointreau

2 ounces Cabo Wabo tequila

Waborita 2:

1 ounce fresh lime juice

1 part Cabo Wabo tequila

3 parts soda (7-up, Sprite, etc.)

Waborita 3:

1 ounce fresh lime juice

1 ounce triple sec

2 ounces Cabo Wabo tequila

Waborita 4:

1 ounce fresh lime juice

1 ounce Cointreau

2 ounces Cabo Wabo tequila

Splash of Grand Marnier

(With all choices)

Pour salt onto a small plate. Moisten the rim of a large margarita glass with a piece of lime, and dip the rim into the salt. Mix together ingredients in a shaker over ice, strain into the glass, and garnish with lime.

Personally, my favorite is number #4!

Happy Birthday to you!
