A week or two ago 'Free the Children' held a national day of silence to commemorate the twentieth anniversary of the 'Convention for the Rights of the Child" Conference that was held and drafted many children's rights bills. As well as to remember the millions of children who are silenced everyday by poverty. That's the most recent i can remember.

Many international days of silence are held for many different causes, extra details would help!
