A lot of us ignore the truth that we've shelter easily available, which we are able to decide to spend some time inside within solid roof to prevent wet or uncomfortable weather. Roof Over Your Head Day draws focus on individuals who aren't so fortunate, and reminds us to become grateful for the small luxuries we love.

You will probably just end up paralyzed rather than dead so forget that. You know one day you are going to be older and you can make your life what you want it to be. It could be a wonderful life if you just hold out for it. Depression is hard, I deal with it too but I try to look at it like this, for every day I let things get me down, that is a day I wasted in my life. Who wants to look back and see they wasted their whole life depressed? You will eventually be older and out of your parents house, just start making plans on that day and figure out something you want to do in the future and work on it. Be a little selfish and kind of tune out the people who upset you and concentrate on your future. Not sure how old you are but get into something like learning to play the drums or guitar or if into animals then volunteer at a shelter and when you get older you will have experience to work as a kennel tech. (That is just and example of how volunteering at something can lead to work history for a future job) You will be on your own one day so hang in there.

I did this just a few weeks ago.

It hurts like crazy as I am sure you will know.

It will a few days.I had a head ache too when I did mine.

Try to avoid hot drinks for a few days.I t should heal pretty quick so don't worry.Drink cold water with ice in it if you can.
