Swim to your hearts delight. That tattoo is not coming out. It is healed plenty for swimming. Swimming to soon can cause a tattoo to fade. But after a week your body has sealed it off and it is in the final stages of healing.Usually with a good healthy itch and some peeling.
Is it okay to swim the day after lifting weights with upper body?
Yes, swimming is enough different from weight lifting. Go ahead and swim. People who are training intensely for swimming swim at least 6 times per week and do *both* swimming and weight lifting on the same day. It should be no big deal to do those activities on adjoining days.
Is Swimming ALL DAY (with breaks), possible?
Have you ever swam that long before? If you haven't say you've only ever swam for 2/3 hours one day and that was your longest, then is start off with doing 2/3 hours every day for a week and then slowly up it by half an hour.
