wear one black/blue sock and one striped yellow sock. THen wear a cute skirt(not too colorful tho, so people mainly focus on your socks!), flats, and a graphic tee! wear some funky bangles, and necklaces too!
just make sure that people will notice your socks first, since it is CRAZY SOCK DAY!
also wear your hair in a side ponytail with one of those really thin headbands...

wear red knee high socks (yes.. i know sox and socks arent that same thing) and put like red lines of paint on your face. put your hair up and find a red ribbon somewhere. i would also just wear a red shirt and jean capris... so that you can see the socks.
