I don't see why not.What does telling truth for the day involve,my daily activity,that's fine with me,i can share it with any one,without having to lie about any thing.

I think you should tell the truth. Nothing liberates an individual like truth. You are already feeling rotten, so by telling the truth you'll have have that "bad" feeling off you.

By telling your friend the truth you make your relationship with him or her not go sour, because, one day (whether you like it or not), your friend may come in contact with the truth and then he /she will know that you've been a big, fat , liar, and that won't be good on you. Will it?
