WOW that is a lot of Email. Go into INBOX open check only the top box with no message. Uncheck the boxes of mail you want to keep. It will take a few screens to remove that much mail, but you can do it. NEVER open anything your not shore about. Most email issues are with the Browsers so try using another browser or if using windows try the following steps.

Now you may need to run defragmenter about (SIX- 6 times or more to clean all errors) The computer needs a to clean-up or workout once a week. By running it a few times a Month, it has time to find and clean up errors, history, cookies and bad files. Once complete reset by rebooting the hard drive.

The computer needs free memory to work faster.

I have never cleaned out my main Yahoo inbox...and I have had the account since about 2004.

Well, Prince, check your computer first. Scan your computer for any 'bug' or 'bugs.'

Once it is clean of pests, install a firewall and an anti-virus program if you do not have one yet.

I strongly recommend a program for malware and adware also. Clean out any unnecessary data from your computer, delete Internet temporary files, history, cookies, saved passwords, and web information, plus any duplicate files. Store any added data on a USB drive, Zip drive, CD, or DVD. After that, do the maintenance on your computer: 1- Disk clean, 2- Check disk, 3- Disk defragmenter. If you have a registry cleaner, use it. This should help to give you some space back and get your computer in better shape and working faster. Do it regularly to help to keep it that way.

(Once a month should work, unless you use your computer a lot, than once a week)

Once done, go back into Yahoo and see if that has helped. If you continue to have trouble, contact service representative and explain the problem to them.
