Dress in Blue Day 2025 is on Friday, March 7, 2025: Dress Blues?

Friday, March 7, 2025 is Dress in Blue Day 2025. Dress in Blue Day Dress in blue to fight colon cancer and raise awareness this March.

Every Marine is obviously entitled to wear the Dress Blues uniform.

In Basic Training, each platoon will have a "guide" (the lead recruit).

The "guide" at the end of recruit training for each platoon is given a set of dress blues free of charge.

Three "guides" in a series = three platoons and six "guides" in a company = six platoons/two series. Once a "guide" (lead recruit) knows they will graduate at such, they are called, "Platoon Honorman" during the graduation ceremony.

They will wear the uniform on graduation day and that day only.

Recruits other than the guide have the option of purchasing their dress blues while in basic training, although at no time will they wear it during basic training, only the "guide"/"platoon honorman" will wear it. They are simply purchasing the uniform so they'll have it and can take it to their MOS school or unit they will be stationed at with them.

What day does the Navy switch from summer whites to service dress blues this year?

Service dress blue uniform is always authorized. If in doubt as to what uniform is the uniform of the day you can't go wrong with dress blues. Considering you are traveling to a funeral and assuming you are planning to wear a dress uniform to said funeral, the dress blue uniform will look much better.

Even we had a Blue day last month in office...I was the judge so nobody else can answer you best here.

from ur name it seems u r an indian, try to wear a Blue saree with matching accessories (all in blue, sandals too ;) )

Try to keep Blue water bottle at ur desk, keep a few blue chocolates at ur place, and do bribe the judges when they come to you :D

You can do some Blue decoration at your cubicle, whatever you find.. and the prize will be all urs :)
