The question's not really very clear. I took it to understand that in shuffle mode, as songs are played, they get struck off the list and they're not played again until you've gone through all the tracks.
So the first day, the prob is 3/13, but the next day, there are only 12 tunes left to play, and only 2 blues tunes left, so the prob the next day is 2/12.
answer = 3/13 * 2/12 = 1/26

The CD player is has to either be taken apart or replaced, I would give it a try because you have to replace it for sure if you don't. You have to pull the whole thing apart, and don't try to fish them out you will scratch the laser.
