Day dreaming is good, I do it too.

But trying to put some of those dreams into reality is even better (if they can be, obviously).

If it's your dream, you'll be over the moon if you achieve to make it happen, but don't be disappointed if you don't.

Looking good is achievable, cut or do something about your hair, get "poshly" dressed, put some cream on those spots (if any)... you'll look good. Learn good chat line and jokes to be popular with ladies, don't give up if you're turned down by the 1st one.

But, as you mentionned, escaping of what you can not change by day dreaming is good too, just be careful when you "wake up"

I keep having this dream/day dream, What does it mean?

Day dreams are quite different from dreams occurring during sleep. You can control your day dreams, and make choices about where your thoughts wander, and even choose to stop a particular day dream. You cannot make such choices in your sleep. (This includes lucid dreaming, in which the dreamer can make very limited choices.)

So the question here, my dear, is why you choose to visualize yourself being hurt. Your Zia has a suspicion that you may be feeling some emotional pain. You are hurt in a way that nobody can see - perhaps you are depressed or frightened in some way. If you were in a big car crash, everyone could see your wounds and know how badly you hurt, and consequently, something would be done to heal those wounds. So the dreams - and day dreams - serve the purpose of providing the (imaginary) experience and comfort of having your pain recognized and treated.

The blue Mazda may or may not be significant. You must figure out whether someone you know has or had such a car. It may be that the emotional pain you feel was caused by the person who owned that car.

The important thing, my dear, is for you to find someone you trust, and tell them about the pain you are feeling. Emotional wounds, or invisible pain of any kind, is real pain, and you deserve to be helped. It is okay to talk about how you feel, and if the first person does not take you seriously, find someone who will.
