slimming world free foods?

Hi hun, i'm not too informed when it comes to slimming world but i have been thinking of joining myself. I found this online about the red and green days, hope it helps.

Slimming World?

well, i've tried slimming world 3 times and i didn't get anywhere, but thats's mainly because it didn't fit in with my lifestyle. but slimming world is basically about free foods and syns. Also about original and green days.

Green days - you can eat as much pasta, potato, fruit and veg as you like and you're still alowed 15 syns, and 2 A and 2 B choices. (A choices - are basically cheese and milk portions, and B choices are your wholegrains)

Original Days - you can eat as much meat as you like (not all meats though) and again as much fruit and veg - but some veg you have to count as syns, and they're only free on a green day.

also eggs are free. it is very complicated and it's probably better going to a meeting to get it explained. hope this helps! good lucj
