Edit - Yes, that worked. Unfortunately, because this is an artist's rendition of the birds, I am not sure I can id them all.

The ones I think I can ID are: Red-headed Woodpecker, Scarlet Tanager, Black Tern, and Cooper's Hawk.

Can't you contact the artist and ask what the birds are supposed to be?

I love it how a judge is "activist" when they disagree with your position, but not "activist" when they do agree. How convenient.
