About training twice a day..?

You can train twice a day, but you should make sure to exercise different areas of your body. If you do push-ups to work your pecs in the morning, do leg, arms, or back exercises in the afternoon. If you train one area of your body one day, you should not train the same area the next day. By training a different area of your body or taking a rest day, you can prevent muscle imbalance and injury. The swimming aspect of your workout is an excellent idea. This can trim off any unwanted fat and get you into great shape. Putting all of these things together can give you the balance your body needs, even if mentally you feel like working out your entire body all the time!

From diapers to bare bottom? That's the plan in the

Potty traing in 3 days or less technique

Anyone who has potty trained more than one child knows that each child will learn in his/her own time. They will also admit that not all children will have the same success with the same method. My oldest was trained in lightning speed as all she needed to have done was to be put into a pair of silk panties. When she had a little accident, she suddenly had wet legs and worse yet, her party shoes got pee on them! That was it for her and she never had another accident.

I thought I’d stumbled onto a miracle potty training technique. Especially since my second daughter had wanted to wear her “pretty panties” from the moment she got them from her Grandma. When she started showing the same signs my older daughter did I let her wear them, expecting the same results. What I got was a ticked off little girl who tore off those wet panties, threw them on the floor and walk over to her drawer and tried again. After a total of four “accidents” they went from being “pretty panties” to “icky panties” and I knew I’d have to try something else! What ended up working with her was using the reward system with band-aids being her currency. Yea, she looked great walking around with 5 or 6 character band-aids on at all times, but it worked!

Each child is different (my son was easy once we figured out the shoot the boat trick) and not all children respond to the same technique. When I saw the article Potty training in 3 days or less I was intrigued. But after looking into it I discovered the 3 days re basically an “initiation” period which is then – get ready – followed by 3 months of no diapers, just a bare bottomed child for 3 months! Can you imagine?

First off toddlers love to strip and go naked, I have no problem with that but 3 months of no pants – how practical is that? I guess it could be achieved while at home but I don’t know ANY Mother of toddlers that stays home for a week, let alone 3 months! And obviously, you can’t allow them to go bare bottomed to the local Mall’s play area or the park or to church or anywhere out of the house!

Okay let’s review: first off we have a 3 day potty training claim that in reality is a 3 month, 3 day potty training Second we have a 3 month bare bottom policy that seems absurd and impossible to follow through on. And third, all my kids were trained in a lesser time and they wore pants!

While this potty training technique may work for some, I think I’d still favor a covered bottom approach. It’s hard enough trying to keep toddlers dressed and just how does the 3 day approach work on cold days on the yard?

Weight training twice a day?

Weight training twice a day?

Hello, weight training twice per day or two days in a row is ineffective. We need to recover between exercise sessions. Not only for muscle gain but also for effort. Without sufficient recovery you can not give it your all. We recommend weight training twice per week. That is all you need. Patience is the hardest lesson to learn in life. You can not force time. We need to allow our muscles to recover as well as our whole body. Our hormones, blood, respiration, and many other components go into a full exercise recovery. Train hard, eat well, rest enough and you will achieve your goals. Simple but sound advice. Hope it helps. Read our source website, to learn more.
