I spilled lemonade on my laptop keyboard....?

Spills into a laptop keyboard are NOT trivial. Water is not as bad, but any product that has acids or sugars in them are going to be a problem. Lemonade has both acids and sugars. The keyboard is sure to be sticky forever.

Leave the power OFF, remove the battery, tip it up edge-wise so any liquid can drain out and let it dry out completely for a WEEK (7 days not 5, don't be impatient), then you can try to turn it on again.

Provided the liquid did not short out any components on the motherboard before you got a chance to power it off, the laptop can be disassembled, cleaned, and the keyboard unit replaced, and it MAY work once everything is powered back up. This is not a do it yourself project, you need professional help. I would avoid any of the national computer support chains located in electronic retail stores, they will be expensive, and really will be more interested in getting you into a new laptop.

Find a qualified independent computer repair shop and take it there. Many are located near the campus of major colleges, so start there. If you have college age friends, ask around. Or do a Google search and see what you can find.

On TV, it will portray people drinking lemonade, at a picnic, watching fireworks go off in some small town, with lots a American flags flying.

In real life, most people dont give a sh!t because they are so sick of the inept president and the corrupt government, owned by corporations and special interest (christian) groups.

I, like some, will be investigating online, other countries we can move to and possibly gain citizenship, that has reasonable taxes, speaks english, has a low national debt, has not caused wars, killing thousands of innocent people over lies and greed, and is not run by the church, which does not pay taxes.

Somewhere that a pregnancy or boob job of a celebrity is not considered front page news.

Someplace that has good public transportation, less meth heads, fewer mullet hairstyles and relaxed marijuana laws.
