It will certainly limit your job pool...no government jobs and no jobs requiring a government clearance. No military jobs. IF you end up with a federal charge against you, it WILL show up on your criminal record.

You plan on working in a scientific field. Will you require a security clearance? Will you be working for the government? Will you be given a background check and polygraph tests? Probably. Can they "discriminate" against your disability...no. Can they "discriminate" for your marijuana usage....yes.
