I have 6 children and 3 of them were C-section...I ate Cream of Wheat for 3 weeks and was back to my pre-pregnancy size...It filled me up just eating it 3-5 times a day, depending on how much I had at I sitting...normally I just had a bowl of it and sometimes 2....It worked great for me...I have 6 kids and way 108lbs...I am 5'2" and 33 yrs old....(before I started having kids I weighed 135lbs)

Everyone's body is different, but I thought I would share with you what worked for me...Be sure to exercise, though...It will give you a more "fit" look... Pilates is great for that... My 12 yr old loves it...

How can I lose about 20 pounds in less then 2 months?

I suggest you just diet. What do you do do you exercise? if you don't either way you can still loose weight :) I'm 5'7 and i used to weigh around 130 then i lost weight dropped to around 115 in less than 4 weeks. The secret is just how i eat. Try eating in sync and NEVER ever skip breakfast. You know that if you don't eat breakfast you'll get more hungry at night and in the afternoon so if you eat more during breakfast you don't get as hungry at night and during the afternoon.

What i did was actually eat so much at breakfast to the point that I couldn't really eat anymore. I'd eat anything i wanted. But in balance. more protein a little less crab, a glass of juice and a few pieces of chocolate. If you eat your sweets in the morning there is a less likelihood that you will crave for the sweets in the afternoon :) since during lunch i am not so hungry anymore. I just drink a big fruit shake of anything i want. You can try strawberry, watermelon whatever you want as long as you drink a lot. By dinner time I promise you that you will not be hungry at all not only that you will also feel a whole lot better. Just make sure to always eat your breakfast sweet and you can eat whatever you like in the morning! :D

Then drink a shake for lunch but for dinner you won't have to eat anything. If ever you do get hungry during dinner you need to think of this. I can always eat it in the morning. I mean why is it called breakfast? because you fast right? during the night? plus your fat burning acids are higher at night so you must also get a good nights rest or else instead of burning you might just store in all the fats. Always drink lot's of water as well to help in the detoxification process.

Good luck!

It sounds like you need to eat dark green veggies. And you can have strawberry's , blueberry's, you can have pita bread, noodles, can you have goat milk or rice milk? You can have rice. Get some brown rice and cook it with about 1/4 cup of dried cranberry's and a large piece of garlic (mince it). Cook it altogether , Do not put any butter in it unless its from goat milk or soy. Bake some chicken up or a steak with it and then cook up some green beans, It's a great meal. You really have many choices of different things, you just need to think about what you like that you can eat. And then get creative. Don't be afraid you might actually see that you can be a creative cook after all. Now go have some fun.

Holidays also on this date Sunday, December 1, 2024...
